About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Administrator based in the Philippines to support our Customer Success team. This role is essential in helping us deliver exceptional service experiences to our clients and ensuring smooth internal operations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in provisioning and project co-ordination
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently or collaboratively
  • Strong data handling and presentation capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communication with excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Quick to learn and understand new technologies and services
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Committed, positive and proactive attitude
  • Proven ability to work with: Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Service Ticketing systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with billing or revenue-linked delivery milestones
  • Understanding of contracts, SLAs and service onboarding processes
  • Experience working remote for overseas companies
  • Exposure to cyber security services (SIEM, MXDR, endpoint security)

Responsibilities

  • Owning and managing the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle of new customer orders
  • Coordinating and scheduling customer service reviews and preparing service reports
  • Performing database administration and data maintenance
  • Supporting internal management processes and reporting requirements
  • Contributing to Continual Service Improvement initiatives
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support across the business
  • Maintaining strong relationships with client service stakeholders
  • Supporting sales-related coordination activities
  • Liaising with suppliers and service delivery partners
