Infinity Replacement by Marvin is our dedicated replacement window and door business, bringing Marvin’s legacy of quality directly to homeowners. Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.
Our Customer Success Associates bring our purpose to life by guiding customers through their journey. This team curates an exceptional, personalized experience by focusing on individual needs and serving as a consistent, trusted resource.
The right person for this role is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the customer journey. You’re proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and processes. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for customer service
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations, technical measurements, installations, and walkthroughs
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and webchat to provide timely updates and support
• Input and maintain data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Review sold jobs daily and create production orders
• Generate and manage contracts and change orders, including adding financiers and updating payment terms
• Maintain document accuracy, including uploading documents, notating payments, and creating post-installation work orders
