About The Position

We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure orders, communications, and customer needs are handled efficiently and accurately. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, helping customers navigate inquiries, order updates, and service-related requests while contributing to a positive customer experience and business success. At Chromalloy, your work directly supports aviation safety and reliability. Our teams repair and manufacture critical aerospace components used across the global aviation industry. Whether you're improving processes, supporting operations, solving technical challenges, or driving business performance, your contributions help keep aircraft flying safely around the world.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service, administrative support, inside sales support, or related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a professional and positive approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting customers within a manufacturing, aerospace, distribution, or industrial environment.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or order management systems.
  • Familiarity with customer quotations, order entry, or sales support processes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
  • Prepare quotations, customer reports, and order-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer, sales, and order records within company systems.
  • Provide customers with order status updates, delivery information, and other key communications.
  • Partner with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Shipping teams to support customer requirements.
  • Help resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up and communication.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and ethics.
