About The Position
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys meeting new people and building genuine connections in the community. If you like helping others, having conversations, and being out and about (instead of stuck behind a desk), this could be a great fit for you. This is not a high-pressure sales role —your focus is simply to connect with customers, provide helpful information, and guide them through our services. No prior sales experience needed—we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful.
Requirements
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable talking with new people in person and on the phone
- Organized and dependable with good follow-through
- Willingness to learn (no experience needed—we’ll teach you everything)
- Self-motivated and enjoys working toward personal goals
- Honest, confident, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance
- Courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Connect with local businesses and introduce our services in a friendly, natural way
- Follow up with people who have already received estimates or expressed interest
- Help customers understand their options and provide simple, on-site estimates (we’ll train you)
- Build relationships through referrals and community connections
- Keep track of conversations and follow up as needed
- Clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories.
- Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required.
