About The Position

Serco Loaders is seeking a motivated internal candidate to step into a key leadership role overseeing our inside customer-facing functions. This position is responsible for leading the teams that handle inside sales, applications engineering, service and warranty coordination, and parts sales — the core of what keeps our customers coming back. Nice To Haves

  • Deep knowledge of Serco loaders, from legacy models through current production, is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Directly lead and develop the Inside Sales, Applications Engineering, Service & Warranty, and Parts Sales functions, setting clear expectations, supporting your team's growth, and driving a culture of accountability and customer focus.
  • Ensure the team handles inbound inquiries, qualifies leads, and supports the full sales process effectively, with a consistent focus on identifying upgrade and add-on opportunities.
  • Guide the team in providing expert technical guidance on loader selection, configuration, and compatibility across legacy and current Serco models.
  • Oversee resolution of service-related issues and warranty claims, ensuring customers experience timely, professional, and effective support.
  • Drive parts revenue by ensuring the team delivers accurate, knowledgeable, and responsive support to customers.
  • Champion a customer-first culture across all functions, building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with customers across the U.S. and internationally.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement in how we serve our customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, challenge the status quo constructively, and drive meaningful change that strengthens the business.
