Customer Solutions Consultants work directly with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions, sell products and coordinate services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions. They own the customer experience from greeting through checkout and work alongside technicians and other team members to ensure seamless service. This role is built around solutions-first selling, where success comes from listening well, solving real problems, and delivering a strong customer experience.
