About The Position

In this full-time role, you'll take ownership of critical escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the right expertise is applied at the right time. You'll maintain absolute clarity on timelines and deliver consistent updates to both clients and leadership while driving urgency without sacrificing completeness. As a subject-matter expert, you'll provide immediate guidance, identify root causes, and collaborate with technical teams to build and execute precise solutions that fully resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong hands-on experience with HCM, payroll, or benefits technology
  • Excellent project management skills under tight deadlines
  • Clear, concise, and confident communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset with strong accountability
