Primary Purpose: The Customer Solutions Account Manager ensures seamless execution of sales activities which support business objectives. This role acts as a central point between customers and internal teams driving efficiency, enhancing the customer experience, and contributing to overall revenue and account success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional post-secondary education preferred.
• 2-3 years' experience in sales operations, customer service or related administrative/sales roles.
• Professional English – Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams to remove barriers and drive results.
• Clearly and professionally communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
• Learns product knowledge and sales processes over time to provide enhanced support and contribute to sales initiatives.
• Ability to address multiple high-priority tasks and escalations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Uses data and trends to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and support strategic sales decisions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with ERP and CRM platforms.
• Proficient in using office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between customers and outside sales.
• Maintain accurate sales data in the CRM system to clearly identify sales status and customer pricing agreements.
• Analyze account activity and trends to proactively identify risks or opportunities.
• Provide timely and professional communication to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team and develop familiarity with products and offerings to enhance support.
• Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and supporting documentation for customer orders and projects.
• Support the onboarding of new accounts by coordinating internal resources and ensuring all account information is accurately captured.
