Requirements
- Be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
- Pass a background check
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Obtain or have a Life Producer license within two weeks
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting skills
- Analytical abilities to interpret account health metrics

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering timely, professional, and courteous assistance
- Educate clients on essential financial topics such as business, investing, insurance, retirement, savings, and estate planning
- Guide clients in creating tailored financial plans that include budgeting, debt reduction, and retirement planning
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring high client satisfaction
