About The Position

Fastenal is hiring an entry-level, part-time Customer Site Packaging employee at its customer site in Greenville, Wisconsin. The role facilitates the movement of products through the customer site by inspecting and packaging products, using a computer, and operating packaging machines. The position may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. Fastenal emphasizes a safe and healthy workplace and integrating environmental health, safety, and sustainability into business decisions and operations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the work.
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks over long periods.
Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and extra time as needed.

Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and possibly up to 100 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
