Customer Services Advisor
About The Position
This role is for a Customer Services Advisor with a passion for motoring and cycling. The ideal candidate will be great with customers and have enthusiasm for cars and bikes. While experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair is ideal, training will be provided. The role involves delivering a wide range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. The company will help develop practical problem-solving skills, the ability to work quickly and efficiently, and customer-focused sales experience. The company invests heavily in training to support career development within Retail or the wider Group.
Requirements
- Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
- A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
- Problem solving skills
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends

- Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair
- Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
