About The Position

We are looking for customer service focused individuals for a long term opportunity onsite in Tempe, Arizona. This role involves Customer Service & Phone Communication, including inbound and outbound calling. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment is key. Candidates should have attention to detail and proficiency with systems, meaning they can download an app, log into a computer system using a username and password, and navigate within the system. A crucial part of the role is documenting calls and actions appropriately.
