About The Position

The Customer Service role at Chicken Express may include taking orders, processing payments, handling cash accurately, and preparing and packing orders. The employee maintains a clean, stocked counter area and dining room, learns and promotes the restaurant’s products, and provides great customer service to all guests.

Other potentially available positions include Back of House Prep, Cook, and Food Packer. Back of House Prep staff work at a quick pace, clean prep equipment and dishes according to sanitation guidelines, keep the prep area and kitchen organized and clean, and assist kitchen staff as needed. Cooks follow recipes and manager directions in a fast-paced kitchen, prepare food, maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, and work with a strong sense of timing and urgency. Food Packers follow recipe directions, prepare products, perform basic kitchen duties, maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, and follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Work at a quick pace and have a strong work ethic for Back of House Prep.
• Follow recipe instructions and manager directions in a fast-paced kitchen for Cook.
• Have a solid sense of timing and urgency for Cook.
• Follow recipe directions for Food Packer.
