Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. This role involves greeting and meeting potential members, providing an excellent customer experience, and handling all front desk responsibilities. This includes managing information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, giving tours to potential members, and making necessary account changes. The position also requires facilitating member services issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed, and helping to maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club. Shift expectations include 4 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 1 hour dedicated to deep cleaning and 1 hour to continued training. The remainder of the shift will focus on the essential duties.
