About The Position

Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. This role involves handling front desk duties, signing up new members, conducting tours, and managing member accounts. The position also requires facilitating member services issues and maintaining the cleanliness of the club. Shift expectations include deep cleaning and continued training.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
  • Handle all front desk related tasks, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours.
  • Handle any changes needed to be made to a member's account.
  • Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed.
  • Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
  • Deep cleaning (minimum 1 hour per shift).
  • Continued Training (minimum 1 hour per shift).
