About The Position
Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. This role involves greeting and meeting potential members, providing an excellent customer experience, and handling all front desk tasks. This includes managing information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, conducting tours for potential members, and making necessary changes to member accounts. The position also requires facilitating member services issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed, and helping to maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club. Shift expectations include 4 8-hour shifts with a minimum of 1 hour dedicated to deep cleaning and 1 hour for continued training.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

- Handle all front desk related takes, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, have the ability to handle any changes need to be made to a members account
- Facilitate member services issues and question and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed
- Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club
- Deep cleaning (minimum 1 hour)
- Continued Training (minimum 1 hour)
