About The Position

Super Clean Carwash is seeking an upbeat and friendly individual to join their team as a Customer Service representative. This entry-level, part-time position focuses on building customer loyalty, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. The role involves sales, cash handling, food preparation, and operating facility equipment. The ideal candidate will be fast-paced, energetic, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly hello.
  • Building customer loyalty through positive interactions.
  • Up-selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ending customer transactions with a "thank you, come again."
  • Responding to emergency situations and following safety procedures.
  • Cleaning facility and equipment, including restrooms, car wash areas, and convenience store areas.
  • Collecting payments (cash or debit) and encouraging additional purchases through up-selling.
  • Resolving basic customer service issues with tact and sound judgment.
  • Communicating effectively and positively, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Preparing fast food for sale, arranging hot foods attractively, and minimizing waste.
  • Adhering to company standards for sanitation, refrigeration, and cooking.
  • Being responsible for cash, merchandising, and equipment during assigned shifts.
  • Instructing customers on how to use self-serve equipment.
  • Preparing reports to account for funds and products sold.
  • Taking inventory, counting money, and balancing reports.
  • Operating and maintaining facility equipment safely.
  • Stocking shelves with merchandise.
  • Maintaining time records accurately.
  • Maintaining assigned "PRIDE" areas.
