About The Position

Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. This role involves greeting and assisting potential members, handling front desk duties, managing member accounts, and addressing member service issues. The position also requires maintaining the cleanliness of the club and engaging in continued training.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time
• Communicates and interacts with customers in a way that exceeds the customers wants and needs.
• Actively listens to customers, empathizes, and works together to solve the problem.
• Recognizes and defines problems; analyzes relevant information; encourages alternative solutions and plans to resolve situations; seeks additional assistance when needed.
• Demonstrates tact and skill in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle all front desk related tasks, information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours.
• Handle any changes needed to be made to a member's account.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
• Engage in deep cleaning for at least 1 hour.
• Engage in continued training for at least 1 hour.
