This role works with customers, brokers, sales representatives, and internal teams to process orders, maintain customer accounts, resolve issues, and keep everyone informed. You'll also play an important part in supporting our online wholesale platform, Faire, including customer communications, product information, and order management. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, pays attention to the details, and can keep several things moving at once.

- Keep customer orders moving
- Support our Specialty Wholesale business
- Ensure customers receive the service they deserve
- Process orders
- Maintain customer accounts
- Resolve issues
- Keep customers, brokers, sales representatives, and internal teams informed
- Support our online wholesale platform, Faire, including customer communications, product information, and order management
- Provide accurate, dependable customer service and order support
- Help our Specialty Wholesale business run smoothly
