Are you able to work in all areas of our business providing excellent Customer
Service? Do you have great attention to detail, working in a warehouse,
assisting walk-in customers, and taking pride in the appearance of a showroom as
well as handling incoming calls and other duties as required? We have a
full-time opportunity for a combined role as a Customer Service/Warehouse
employee in our Medicine Hat location.

Requirements

• Customer Service experience
• Excellent data entry skills
• Sense of personal responsibility and strong work ethic
• Ability to read, interpret and understand order information
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Forklift and WHMIS training would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Work the counter, selling from our showroom
• Handle inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
• Deal with inquiries and requests from customers
• Enter orders in the system - data entry
• Showroom cleanliness, stocking, and facing of shelves
• Warehouse shipping and receiving of product
• Prepare shipping documents
• Assist with cycle and inventory counts
• Accurate picking of orders
• Perform other duties as required
