About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Warehouse Associate and Drop-Off Attendant to assist customers with electronic recycling drop-offs while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. As the first point of contact for many customers, you'll provide excellent customer service while ensuring all incoming materials are handled efficiently and according to company procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, cashier, warehouse, or recycling experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer service and cashier experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to assist customers.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and e-waste recycling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers with unloading and directing electronic recycling materials.
• Answer customer questions regarding accepted items, recycling services, and applicable fees.
• Process payments accurately for items that require recycling or disposal fees using the company's point-of-sale system.
• Sort and stage incoming materials according to company procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to keep the receiving area organized and operating efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
