About The Position
Ewing Outdoor Supply is a fourth-generation, family-owned wholesale landscape, irrigation, and outdoor supply company seeking dependable, customer-focused team members for its operations team. This role offers a variety of activities including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance. It is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. While prior industry experience is preferred, it is not required as the company provides comprehensive training. The company values hard work, customer service, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math and communication skills
- An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse associate experience
- Delivery driver experience
- Forklift certification
- Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials
- Spanish Bi-Lingual
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer calls, and field customer questions.
- Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
- Build and manage customer relationships and offer sales support to customer accounts.
- Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.
- Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
- Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
- Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.
