About The Position

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking dependable, customer-focused team members for its operations team. This role offers a variety of activities including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance. It is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. While prior industry experience is not required, a Class B CDL is mandatory or must be obtained upon hire, with Ewing providing and paying for training and certification for eligible employees. The company provides world-class training to ensure success from day one. This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals.

Requirements

• Class B CDL Required: Candidates must possess a Class B CDL or be willing and able to obtain one upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic math and communication skills
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse associate experience
• Delivery driver experience
• Forklift Certification
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.
• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
