About The Position
The CS Triage Specialist processes inbound orders from our referral sources through Medforce Command Center via Main Fax, E-mail or Web Portal. The CS Specialist creates a task and/or workflow through Medforce and triages all documents to the appropriate department or Medforce bin. Triage Specialist may be required to offer additional support to CS team at manager’s discretion depending daily work volume.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in an inbound/outbound customer service center is strongly preferred
- Customer service experience in a Respiratory/Home Medical Equipment company is strongly preferred
- Must have good PC skills, especially the MS Office suite
Responsibilities
- Provide our clients with timely and accurate information, and take appropriate corrective actions regarding our services to ensure the customer and referrals have complete satisfaction
- Triage documents in accordance with company standards and other verbal and written training policies
- Follow proper procedures for accurate documentation triage of new referrals, notes, prescriptions, insurance documentation.
- Maintain referral portals by reviewing the document submissions, deciphering which documents require triage
- Perform other duties delegated at manager’s discretion as Customer Service support
