First Keystone Community Bank is looking to add a new positive team player to our staff at our Berwick Main Office location. This role involves joining a friendly, customer service-oriented team with a proud tradition of over 165 years of serving local communities. The ideal candidate will be retail or sales-minded with an emphasis on quality customer service and attention to detail, aiming to provide a pleasant and efficient banking experience. Previous experience with cash handling or customer service is preferred, as well as the ability to identify customer needs beyond normal teller transactions and refer them to other team members for further assistance. This is a full-time position with approximately 37.5 hours per week, including Saturday mornings.
