This is a temporary customer service role focused on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role also involves completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards. Additionally, team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Responsibilities include participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Team members are expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interact positively with others, and promote the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
