About The Position

At Crew Carwash, the purpose is to “Create Smiles and Lifetime Customers.” Customer Service Team Members help deliver excellent customer service, maintain safety, and ensure high-quality carwash operations. The position may be full-time or part-time and offers flexible schedules. No prior work experience is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Part-time team members must work at least 10 hours per week; full-time team members must work at least 30 hours per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8+ hours per day.
• Ability to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Ability to push and pull drums and materials using appropriate equipment.
• Comfort working near or around moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Ability to lift or move at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate and use electronic devices.
• Ability to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.
