About The Position

Crew Carwash is hiring a full-time or part-time Customer Service Team Member to help fulfill its purpose of creating smiles and lifetime customers. The role involves delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced carwash operations environment while supporting safety, quality, and a well-maintained environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Work at least 10 hours per week as a part-time team member or 30 hours per week as a full-time team member.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 or more hours per day.
• Ability to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Ability to push and pull drums and materials using appropriate equipment.
• Comfort working near or around moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Ability to lift or move at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate and use electronic devices.
• Ability to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.
