About The Position

Our Customer Service Team Leads are fundamental in Fox Pest Control's business. We rely on these vital employee's communication, leadership, and management skills to help their assigned Fox location run smoothly, and to ensure that each customer they speak with has a positive experience. The right candidate will become an ambassador of our culture, and have a desire to continue to learn and grow within Fox. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, some college preferred
  • Minimum two years Customer Service Rep experience
  • Experience with computer database systems/software
  • Willing to learn
  • Positive and professional dress and demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, including excellent reading and writing skills
  • Genuine personality, confident in self, and in office and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to speak Spanish is a huge plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails and texts, and make outbound calls as needed.
  • Ensure customers receive excellent service and communication.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments.
  • Manage billing information.
  • Resolve conflicts or complaints that may arise with customers.
  • Engage and participate in meetings and training to develop leadership skills and abilities.
  • Take escalated calls.
  • Provide training in 1x1’s with the Customer Service Representatives on your team.
