TJ Maxx is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience. This role oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. The Supervisor leads by example by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and creating a positive internal and external customer experience. They promote a culture of honesty and integrity, take an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience, and address customer concerns promptly. The Supervisor also assigns registers, supports POS coverage, coordinates breaks, ensures Associates execute tasks according to the store plan, communicates effectively with management and Associates, and provides and accepts feedback. They partner with management on Associate training needs, ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, and support store shrink reduction and safety goals.
