About The Position

Holiday Barn Pet Resorts provides safe, happy lodging for vacationing pets, offers fun, energized playgroups through Doggie Day Care, and provides grooming services. They also offer professional training services. The Customer Experience Supervisor/Coordinator ensures positive communication and representation of the company, focusing on delivering the best customer service experience at each point of contact and integrating company values into all customer interactions across all departments. This role is an intuitive part of the team and works within the Customer Experience team as both a member and a leader.

Requirements

  • 2 years work experience in the customer service field
  • High School diploma
  • Prior supervisory experience leading a team
  • Data entry skills and proficiency with Windows applications
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic pet knowledge
  • Candidates must be willing to work weekends and major holidays.
  • Candidates should have availability to work opening and closing shift on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Positive, engaging, knowledgeable and reassuring interactions with our customers, both in our lobbies and on the phone.
  • Training and mentoring of new pack members
  • Monitor company performance and make recommendations to the Customer Experience Manager, the Facility Manager and the Head of the Pack.
  • Have fun! We get to play with dogs and cats every day at one of Richmond's oldest, largest and most award winning pet resorts.
