This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support across multiple channels, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries while assisting with orders, troubleshooting basic issues, and identifying sales opportunities. The position ensures accurate processing, resolves customer concerns, and escalates more complex issues to maintain a positive customer experience. During the initial onboarding period, candidates will complete training from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Upon completion of onboarding and training, the standard schedule for this role is 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
