About The Position

This is a fully remote opportunity with professional training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to take on greater responsibility as you develop. You’ll work directly with individuals and families, helping them navigate their benefit options and making the process easier to understand. You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own. You’ll receive structured training and continued support as you develop your skills and confidence. Your progress is driven by what you accomplish rather than simply how long you’ve been with the organization.
