About The Position

As a full-time Customer Service Specialist you will work Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm on the 25th floor. This position is eligible for our rewarding quarterly bonuses as well as our full benefits package.

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and support to Oklahoma Surgical Hospital’s patients and family. Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information about their accounts and service, and resolving customer issues.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years experience in medical collections, hospital collections preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical office terminology.
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry skills and Insurance terminology
