Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
- Previous experience with customer service on the phone
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
- Time management talent and a sense of urgency
- Ability to pass background checks
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner
- Resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service
- Welcoming prospective new customers interested in learning about services
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments
- Potentially expanding to include daily reporting
- Updating customer account information
- Handling accounts payable
- Processing human resource paperwork
- Processing payroll
