About The Position

The AC Apprentice / Helper will assist installers on various HVAC projects assigned by project foreman or leader. This role involves assisting with the installation of various AC systems, performing duties assigned by the project foreman or leader in a timely manner, installing and bending EMT, PVC, GRC, and other conduit and cable systems, and following all safety procedures. The apprentice will use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and ladders.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned job site throughout the greater Orlando area.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must be able to pass a full background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Previous electrical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of various AC systems, both indoor and outdoor.
• Perform duties assigned by the project foreman or leader in a timely manner.
• Install and bend EMT, PVC, GRC, and other conduit and cable systems.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and ladders.
