The Customer Success Specialist ensures accurate and timely entry of customer purchase orders/requirements for small business accounts, supporting high-volume transactional processing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of order entry or customer service experience.
  • Basic ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer purchase orders accurately into ERP systems.
  • Provide order entry support for Enterprise & Mid-Market accounts as necessary.
  • Review purchase orders for pricing, quantities, and documentation.
  • Maintain PO tracker entries.
  • Issue order acknowledgements & perform order quality reviews (ORC)
  • Resolve missing or incorrect order information.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistency.
  • Escalate non-standard issues as needed, including communication with Enterprise/Mid-Market customer accounts.
  • Support customer inquiries related to orders and fulfillment for assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage, monitor, and action customer orders for assigned customer accounts.
  • Examples include, but not limited to: Shipped-not-Billed; New Account Coordination; Date Changes; Freight Claims, Warranty Logistics, etc.
