Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Accounts Receivable background preferred
  • Microsoft Office, w/Basic Excel skills
  • High attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
  • Team player and be able to work collaboratively
  • Dedicated to Liberty’s ongoing relationship with internal and external customers

  • Accounts Receivable background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer AR inquiries via phone, email, fax, mail
  • Answer between 50-100 incoming calls daily
  • Apply any unapplied payments on a weekly basis
  • Process Daily Credit Card Payments
  • Research returned mail and re-send
  • Attach documentation to customers’ accounts as needed
  • Revise invoices in excel and forward on to customer or site personnel
  • Make account changes in the system based on customer requests
  • Assist team members with administrative duties as needed
  • Compile and send Statements
