About The Position
This is a seasonal position that will last the duration of harvest 2026. The role involves helping customers and fellow employees by performing a variety of tasks throughout the day. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the face of the company, interacting directly with people who come in or call your location and directing them as necessary. You will utilize organization skills to perform basic administrative and grain-related tasks, including operating the scale to weigh trucks, testing for grain quality, and data entry.
