About The Position

Looking for a friendly team where you can help customers and keep the day moving? We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist to be a helpful, positive point of contact for our customers. This role is great for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, solving problems, and working with a team that supports one another.

Requirements

  • You’re friendly, dependable, organized, and detail oriented.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy helping customers solve problems.
  • You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • transportation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Help customers by phone and email with questions, quotes, shipment updates, and scheduling.
  • Enter pickup information, track shipments, and follow up on urgent items.
  • Work closely with Dispatch and Operations to keep customers informed and resolve issues.
  • Support basic administrative tasks, documentation, and daily department needs.
