About The Position

We're hiring a Week to Weekend (Flexibility on five days, example Wednesday to Sunday) Customer Service Specialist to keep GigSmart customers supported when they need it most — the busy Saturday and Sunday hours when flex workers and businesses are running full speed. You'll handle questions, resolve issues, and make sure shifts go off without a hitch.

Requirements

  • Full-time position with availability to work weekend shifts onsite in Denver (examples of schedule would include having Tuesday and Wednesday or Wednesday and Thursday as your days off)
  • 1+ year of B2B customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with marketplace or staffing platforms
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer support across phone, chat, and email on weekends
  • Resolve shift-related questions for both businesses and flex workers
  • Complete gig corrections accurately and on time
  • Escalate complex issues to weekday leads with clean documentation
  • Log every customer interaction in HubSpot
  • Support both worker and business accounts with empathy and clarity
  • Spot patterns and surface them to the broader support team Monday morning
