About The Position

Voyago is hiring 2 part-time Customer Service Specialists for their Logistics Centre in London, Ontario. Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for receiving calls and booking trips accurately and efficiently for the non-emergency Patient Transfer Division. The role requires providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Able to read and communicate in English effectively
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of Logistics or Call Centre experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must have open availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and possible overnights (12:00 PM or later)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates bookings and prepare customer correspondence for special events
  • Complete FT Customer Service Specialist Shifts
  • Ensures dispatch operations are in accordance with established standards
  • Completes order entry accurately
  • Price transfers/fares accurately
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Provide response times
  • De-escalate customer concerns
  • Authorizes credit cards for current and future transfers
