About The Position

The Beauty Coach is an Ambassador of the Clarins brand. They are responsible for achieving sales targets while conducting personalized consultations and providing excellent customer service in line with the Clarins values. In a context where we want to offer exceptional quality service to our partners and customers, your missions will be as follows: Achieve daily target sales by recommending and selling Clarins products in line with customer requirements. Be able to perform skincare and makeup applications. Use initiative to create activity and traffic during events (i.e. actively recruiting customers). Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our store partners. Report daily sales amount while highlighting any successes and opportunities. Contribute to the success of product launches, in-store events and seasonal focuses. Participate in all training seminars and be able to share knowledge about our products and techniques. Apply everyday grooming, styling standards and respect the Clarins guidelines.

Requirements

  • Beauty-related experience and/or retail experience
  • Passion and curiosity for beauty and sales driven

Responsibilities

  • Confirm your work schedule and enter your sales in Dayforce, respecting the deadline (everything needs to be validated by Sunday at midnight at the latest).
  • Respect protocol for specific promotional activities and special events.
  • Provide excellent customer service through listening to customer needs and selling appropriate products to match these needs; always refer to the push list to avoid returns.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and presentation at all times.
  • Demonstrate exemplary punctuality.
  • Always respect your allocated hours as per your contract if offered.
  • Must respect the policies of the store where they work in terms of security, customer service, scheduling, etc.
  • Must bring tools to stores appropriate to role including banners, trolley, towels etc..
