About The Position

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Floorcare Customer Service Specialist to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Customer Service Department, you will be successfully performing all stages of product order processing and providing excellent customer service. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Familiarity to Microsoft Office, includes Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Lead with professionalism and be a true team player.
Ability to understand data and work with numbers.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Two years of relative experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and emails from customers regarding tracking or orders updates and product inquiries.
Communicate with the Shipping Department
Invoice orders
Prepare shipping documents for USA and Canada customers
Data Collection with heavy data entry
Filing with general office duties
Front Office Aptitude and Exemplary Communication Skills
Proficiency in all aspects of Clerical Support and Customer Service
Outstanding Research, Action, Documentation and Follow-up protocols
Solid Multi-Tasking, Prioritizing and Time Management Abilities
The Capacity to work at a Maximum Efficiency with Minimal Supervision
Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned by leadership.
