As a part-time Traveling Customer Service Specialist, you will travel among nearby branch locations and be the first friendly person that greets clients and assists them with their banking needs. Responsibilities

• Work face-to-face with clients in a branch location.
• Manage a cash drawer.
• Assist clients and team members.
• Uncover client needs and educate clients on German American products and services.
• Travel among multiple branches as needed.
• Meet a variety of customers and work with different retail branch teams.
• Help clients by verifying account information and performing loan and deposit transactions.
• Guide clients by engaging in friendly, meaningful conversations.
