If you do, Delta Faucet Company has an excellent opportunity for you to join our Indianapolis corporate Customer Service team! As a Customer Service Specialist you will get the opportunity to form relationships with inside and outside customers as well as seek potential problems and look for ways to improve service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
- At least two years of customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic knowledge of Delta Faucet Company’s product line, SAP and its manufacturer’s representative agency setup is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft products is preferred.
- Incumbent should have the ability to balance multiple tasks and make business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Problem solve daily through calls and emails.
- Review daily reports.
- Process orders.
- Effectively communicate with customers, agencies, sales and other departments throughout Delta Faucet.
- Ensure a high level of service and support with the ability to deliver quick turnarounds
- Find opportunities in processes to improve efficiencies and service levels for all customers.
- Ability to conduct multiple tasks while delivering in a timely and accurate fashion.
