About The Position
Incumbent works as a Customer Service Specialist in the Countertop Department. This role involves repetitive polishing with power tools to detail and apply a high gloss finish to granite countertops, operating an edge-polishing machine for back splashes, and potentially caulking back splashes. The position requires the ability to transfer between tasks and work without close supervision, utilizing safety techniques when lifting granite tops of 50 lbs or more, or 100-lbs as a two-person team. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of air-driven tools.
- Ability to work in safe manner.
- Ability to plan, organize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision.
Responsibilities
