Requirements

- Comfortable using phones, scheduling software, and computer systems

- HVAC, dispatching, or customer service experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude!
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism, positivity, and urgency
- Schedule service appointments and maintenance visits efficiently
- Help customers understand services, memberships, and next steps
- Resolve concerns with empathy and confidence
- Coordinate and dispatch technicians for maximum efficiency
- Monitor schedules, route changes, and appointment updates
- Communicate clearly with field technicians throughout the day
- Keep jobs moving smoothly and customers informed
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes
- Assist with invoicing, work orders, and follow-up communication
- Support the team with administrative and office coordination tasks
- Help create a positive, team-first office culture
