The Customer Service Specialist works closely with our customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our Automotive Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The Customer Service Specialist is also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for receiving and preparing orders and safely moving, loading, and delivering products.
