Long Description 職務概要カスタマーサービス部門における全体統括 • 受注、手配部門の両チームリーダーと連携してカスタマーサービス全体の日々の業務における人員、業務の調整をします • カスタマーサービス部門における課題が発生した際に、迅速に自部門、他部門と連携をとり課題を理解し、対応を検討し、必要に応じて社内のステークホルダー（営業、マーケティング部門）への説明、対応策の実行をします • 3PLに委託している業務を理解し、3PLのリーダーと連携し、適正人員を確保、自部門のメンバーと協働して委託業務の課題を抽出し、受注業務全体の人物金の適正化を図ります • コマーシャルオペレーション部門におけるKPIを理解し、コマーシャルオペレーションの戦略に基づいて課題を抽出し、改善の活動を実施します • ESPオペレーションの管理・運営をリードします主な職務・役割： • カスタマーサービス部門の全体統括 • コマーシャルオペレーション部、ZB全体の改善活動、コマーシャルオペレーション、会社全体のプロジェクトへのリーダーとしての参画対応する主たるビジネスプロセス： •カスタマーサービス全体業務の基幹システム（AS400）のプロセスに応じた業務管理 •上記業務における業務改善、見直し、次世代システムの導入を常に見据えた業務プロセスの構築期待される人物像・知識・スキル・能力＜Must＞ • カスタマーサービスでの顧客対応経験 • 業務の優先順位付けや判断が必要な事柄に対し、責任を持って対応できる方 • 将来的にオペレーション全般の管理運営などのキャリア志向がある方 • 実務でSAP、Oracle、AS400のモジュールを使った経験がある方 • 英語にてグローバルの関係者とコミュニケーションを取りプロジェクトを遂行できる方＜Want＞ • 医療機器業界経験、特に貸出ビジネスの知識がある方 • エクセルなどを使って大量のデータを整理、分析ができる方 • 関連部門との積極的に物おじすることなくコミュニケーションを図り連携が取れる方教育・経験要件＜Must＞ • 大卒以上（ビジネス・ロジスティクス・システム関連分野尚可） • SAPシステム導入プロジェクト経験のある方 • 海外とのコミュニケーション、業務やプロジェクト経験がある方＜Want＞ • SAPシステム導入プロジェクト経験のある方 • 海外とのコミュニケーション、業務やプロジェクト経験がある方 EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability

Requirements

Customer service experience.
Ability to take responsibility for prioritizing tasks and making decisions.
Career aspiration for overall operations management in the future.
Experience using SAP, Oracle, or AS400 modules in a practical setting.
Ability to communicate with global stakeholders and execute projects in English.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the medical device industry, particularly knowledge of lending business.
Ability to organize and analyze large datasets using tools like Excel.
Proactive communication and collaboration with related departments without hesitation.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire customer service department.
Coordinate daily operations, including personnel and tasks, in collaboration with team leaders for order processing and arrangement departments.
Address and resolve customer service issues by collaborating with internal and external departments, understanding the problem, considering solutions, and executing them with stakeholder (sales, marketing) buy-in.
Manage outsourced operations with 3PL providers, ensuring adequate staffing, identifying issues in collaboration with 3PL leaders and internal members, and optimizing order processing.
Understand Commercial Operations KPIs, identify issues based on Commercial Operations strategy, and implement improvement activities.
Lead the management and operation of ESP operations.
Participate as a leader in improvement activities within the Commercial Operations department and across Zimmer Biomet, as well as company-wide projects.
Manage operations based on processes within the core system (AS400) for the entire customer service function.
Build and refine business processes with a view towards continuous improvement, review, and the implementation of next-generation systems.
